The Matador Arms Trip Sled

Works with:

• Full Auto Lowers
• Any cartidge style FRT (Partisan, Rear Breed, etc)
• Push Button Super Safety, but may need a rearward limiter
• Kit includes 3 Items that you need to install. You’ll use your existing buffer guide rod, long spring, aluminum backplate and nut/screw.

Atrius Triggers, with rotating selectors that do not have a rearward limit.
We’re working on another version to address these, no production timeline known yet.

Install by taking apart the bolt guide rod assembly.

Dissassemble the entire Bolt Guide Rod system into the individual components.

• Remove the aluminum back plate as well.
• Set aside the previous Buffer and the previous Black Polymer back cover (it’s the part with the matador logo)
• Remove the aluminum u-shaped stop that’s inside the Black Polymer back cover.

ASSEMBLY:

Insert the u-shaped stop into the new Black Polymer back cover
Insert the Guide Rod into the small hole, gently tap it into place, then install the aluminum back plate and tap it in to hold the guide rod in place.
Insert the Trip Sled into the Buffer so that the trip sled is held in place.
Install the buffer/Sled combo over and all the way down the Guide Rod
Use the screw and nut to screw the buffer into place.
The entire system is now ready to re-install…..sliding the sled under the main bolt.
When you rack back and forth the charging handle/main bolt, it should flow smoothly. Oil is ok.
